ACCESS
achieved its ISO 9001:2008 Certification in
2009, passing its Registration Assessment without
any non-conformity. Our on-going compliance is independently
audited twice each year. This certified quality approach is
implemented on every client program or task to ensure
successful performance, performance-based standards are met,
and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are achieved throughout
the life of the contract. ACCESS is
also committed to the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering
Institute's Software Capability Maturity Model (SEI CMM),
and CMM Integrated (CMMI). We are performing software
development support to SEI/CMM/CMMI Level 2 processes. |
